Owner Digby Sutherland has over 20 years experience in the Perth and Sydney office markets through director roles at CBRE has developed a strong national network with major market influencers involved within the office sector and provides a unique and national perspective to the WA office market.
Whist in living in Sydney Digby was responsible for the project leasing of three new office towers that added over 100,000sqm of new office space to the Sydney CBD. These projects included World Square, 1 Darling Island and 383 Kent Street on behalf of leading national developers Brookfield, Leighton Properties and Mirvac..
Recent leasing assignments completed by Sheffield include the project leasing of the Optima Centre for Macquarie Bank and ABN Group and Hampden Park on behalf of Georgiou Capital.
Sheffield is currently assisting both Brookfield with the pre-commitment leasing of Brookfield Place Tower 2 and Leighton Properties with the pre commitment leasing of Kings Square.
