Pre-Budget Submission 2010: Introduce More Reform
This chapter urges the Federal Government to:
- maintain law and order on construction sites, by ensuring the ‘construction cop on the beat’ survives post-ABCC;
- liberalise shopping centre trading hours;
- develop sensible contract and leasing laws; and
- deliver simpler and fairer rules for insurance.
