Jones Lang LaSalle will manage property services across Qantas’ Australian operations.
The 5-year contract with Qantas appoints JLL as managed services provider for most of Qantas’ Australian property portfolio. It excludes some specific Qantas business operations.
The portfolio consists of more than one million sqm over 29 locations.
JLL will manage airport terminals, catering, freight lounges, corporate office facilities, and retail outlets within the Qantas Domestic Terminals in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.
JLL will provide facilities management, real estate management, risk management, financial transactions processing and reporting services.
