Places Victoria has appointed a Delivery Partner Panel following an extensive tender process. Panel members will work with Places Victoria on the development of its landholdings at Aurora, Officer, Craigieburn and Aspect.
Sam Sangster, CEO of Places Victoria, said that the government development agency remains “absolutely committed to delivering all previous objectives on these projects but we are now better placed to consider a range of delivery models to ensure outcomes in a timely manner.”
The Delivery Partner Panel will be reviewed periodically to enable new market players to participate in the process and to ensure the existing parties continue to satisfy the selection criteria.
Places Victoria is likely to engage the Panel in the release of the first parcels of land in the coming months.
