A lot of water (and few terajoules of energy) has passed under the bridge since Property Victoria first published the ‘CEO’s Guide to Green Building Galaxy’ in 2009.
The aim of that article was to try to demystify some of the information surrounding sustainable building rating tools available in the market and it seems this task has grown rather than shrunk in the intervening years.
The popularity of the first guide and the speed with which the industry has evolved in this area has prompted an update to consider some of the recent developments in the existing set of rating tools, to look at new tools and to ponder what the future might hold.
