The Property Council thanks the City of Sydney for the opportunity to comment on the draft Signage and Advertising Structures Development Control Plan 2004 (draft DCP).
We support the consolidating of planning instruments that apply to the expanded City Council area, and suggest that the exhibition of the draft DCP presents an opportunity to review a number of the proposed planning controls.
