Following the recent announcements by the State Government to rezone the Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide and the Stamp Duty Reforms, the Property Council has joined forces with the Urban Renewal Authority and the Adelaide City Council to undertake some research to enable the property sector to better understand what consumers want from apartment products.
This research will involve surveys and interviews with apartment consumers to understand what they like, what they don’t like, what they would improve and how much they are willing to pay for elements of an apartment lifestyle.
The research will commence shortly and will be pivotal for all stakeholders involved in delivering apartment product to ensure that you hit the mark with prospective consumers.
Once the research has been concluded the results will be released in full to the industry.
