The development at 161 Castlreagh Street is an amalgamation of several sites and has frontages to both Castlereagh and Pitt Streets. The 43-level building will have a net lettable area of 59,000sqm and has been leased to ANZ Bank and Freehills Lawyers. On completion, the tower will be owned 50 percent by GPT, 25 percent by La Salle Investment Management and 25 percent by ISPT. The developers are aiming for a 6 Star Green Star and a 5 Star NABERS rating.

Fronting St Georges Terrace are four Heritage buildings of 6000sqm, which are being refurbished as part of the development. Brookfield has recently lodged a DA for a second office tower in the precinct.
