This submission responds to the draft Territory Plan released for public comment on 12 November 2007.
The Property Council applauds the appointment by the Minister of the Independent Assessor and the Reference Group in response to submissions following the April 2007 release of the draft Restructured Territory Plan.
However, there remain a number of areas for improvement which, if implemented, will contribute to the Government’s aim of a simpler, faster and more effective planning system.
