On Friday August 3, over 200 property professionals attended the Property Council’s launch of the July 2012 Office Market Report.
The breakfast featured our annual keynote presentation from Peter Hyland, Regional Director - Urbis, who deconstructed the report’s findings and gave his predictions for future trends.
Peter was then joined by Andrew Borger, National Head of Commercial – Leighton Properties, Matthew Buckley, Managing Director – Savills and Andrew Harper, Managing Director – Cornerstone Properties. The panel discussed the drivers of the recent figures as well as the expectations for future projects in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
