The Retail Shop Leases Tribunal was absorbed into the new Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal on 1 December 2009. All matters which had commenced in the RSLT are automatically transferred to QCAT. The Registrar of the RSLT, Dianne Murphy, has been appointed Deputy Registrar of the Civil and Administrative Division of QCAT.
