Kew Junction has been identified as a Major Activity Centre within the Melbourne 2030 metropolitan framework and the structure plan has been designed to reflect this policy initiative.
The Property Council supports initiatives in the draft structure plan that is designed to increase retail, commercial and residential activity in the centre. The draft structure plan divides Kew Junction into four precincts and provides options for development in each of these areas. Our submission provides comment on key points identified in each of these defined areas.
