Mandatory disclosure begins November 1, are you ready?
From November 1, 2010 most sellers or lessors of office space over 2,000sqm will have to disclose their energy efficiency at the point of sale or lease.
To help you manage the transition the Property Council partnered with the Australian Government Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency for a nationwide series of seminars.
