        Australia’s peak property lobby says new, clean, high tech industry, employing more than one in every five South-East Queenslanders and pumping almost $50 billion into the local economy, is largely travelling under the radar for the State Government.

Releasing a report this week on the economic contribution of the industrial sector in South-East Queensland, the Property Council said the region’s largest economic contributor and jobs’ creator was at risk unless urgent steps were taken to implement ongoing monitoring of the sector.
