The Property Council commends Treasury on the significant progress made in addressing our concerns regarding the breadth and scope of the TOFA proposal.
We note in particular that the Property Council hierarchy recommendations have been broadly reflected in the legislation.
There are however a number of outstanding issues that need to be addressed in further detail before the Property Council can fully support the TOFA proposal.
