The mandate, powers and agenda of Urbangrowth NSW will be unveiled at an upcoming event hosted by the Property Council.
Urbangrowth NSW is the new agency created by the State Government and blends Landcom and the Sydney Metropolitan Development Authority.
It will accelerate land release, coordinate and deliver lead-in infrastructure and fast-track urban renewal projects.
The Chairman of Urbangrowth NSW, John Brogden, will give an exclusive address on the role of the agency at the Property Council’s September Division Lunch.
