The Future Directions Group (or FD) is a Property Council of Australia initiative.  The group was first established in Sydney in early 1996 to encourage younger people to become more involved in Property Council activities.

Future Directions are active in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

The Future Directions Committee is made up of Young Professionals in the Property Industry. We are committed to providing a forum for young property professionals to extend their knowledge and experience of the industry in a social networking environment.

It is particularly focused at employees of companies who are Property Council members, from graduates through to professionals in their late-thirties, while non-members and colleagues are also welcome to attend.

Future Directions membership is comprised of young professionals working within fund managers, agents, developers, banks, legal, project management, building, and architectural firms and other general property consultants and service providers.
