SOC3: Education & Trainingmaterial for training and education

Employee training rates demonstrate a corporation investment in its staff.

A corporation that spends more on education and training for staff beyond compliance responsibilities is sending a message that its employees are valuable to it.

training is definitely a major factor in employees feeling that they are valued IF the company also makes sure that the training is in line with the company procedures. All too often cutting edge training is delivered (makes the employee feel good) only to discover that they aren't able to implement what they've learned as the business does it a different way (very demotivating)
