Definition:

“Employment band” relates to the different level of employee within a company.

For example:

• Executive Management;
• Senior Management;
• Management;
• Professional/technical; and
• Employee.

Turnover categories include age, gender, full-time/part-time/casual/contractor, voluntary/involuntary.
