In late September the Queensland Government released the draft Queensland Planning Provisions (QPP) for public comment. The QPP are a key component of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 - which was passed in parliament on September 16, 2009 and is expected to be enacted before the end of 2009.
The Property Council of Australia has forwarded a submission on these Draft Provisions to the State Government.
