This submission has been made in response to the NSW Government's public review into business regulation aimed at reducing the regulatory burden.
The Property Council proposed that the NSW Government cast the spotlight on business red tape in its 2006/2007 prebudget submission, presented to Premier Iemma in November 2005.
We fully support the public process the Government has charged IPART with to review and identify redundant and more efficient regulatory processes to facilitate a better, more competitive, business operating environment.
