Adelaide Development Company (ADC) has received approval for a $30 million redevelopment of Gawler Chambers on the corner of North Terrace and Gawler Place. ADC, which is associated with the Roche family, has owned the property since 1945.
The disused landmark building will be redeveloped into a 14-storey office and retail building of 6200 sqm. The century-old façade of the building will be retained and restored as part of the redevelopment. |
