Lend Lease’s Darling Quarter Commonwealth Bank Place has been named a winner at the 2012 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Awards for Excellence.
The 2012 ULI awards recognised 14 development projects across the globe, including three from the Asia Pacific.
In addition to Darling Quarter Commonwealth Bank Place in Sydney, Asia Pacific winners included the Life Hub @ Jinqiao development in China, and the Saigon South New City Centre in Vietnam.
The awards recognise design, construction, economics, planning and management excellence.
