Cushman & Wakefield has released the first phase of its digital local markets retail guide.
The Global Cities Retail Guide, a digital tool designed to provide retail operators virtual local market insight, can provide information on culture, demographics, customs, business operations, leasing guidelines, shopping precinct locations, retailers and submarkets.
Cushman & Wakefield has 243 physical offices located in 60 countries, which provide the local knowledge the tool is based on. The virtual guide will launch with overviews of 14 countries and 32 local markets.
