Construction has started on ATII, the second of three high-rise residential developments planned for Sydney Olympic Park.
Developed by Ecove and Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA), the 25-storey residential tower will comprise 267 apartments and retail space. Completion is scheduled for early 2014.
ATII is being constructed next to the existing Australia Towers precinct, with the third residential building of the Australia Towers project to be launched next year.
The precinct will comprise more than 800 apartments in total.
