You're invited: to challenge the sustainability paradigm
Green Cities 2013 will challenge us all to build on our successes, construct new ways of thinking and join together to take sustainability beyond bricks and mortar.
Do you have a vision for Australia’s sustainable future? Perhaps your research can address market and/or sector deficiencies? If you can rise to the Green Cities challenge we want to hear from you!
The call for abstracts closes COB Friday 21 September 2012. All submissions will be reviewed by the Green Cities Program Advisory Group, a diverse group of sustainability professionals, with successful applicants invited to submit further information. The following opportunities are available for the Green Cities 2012 conference program:
8 x 8
These sessions will feature rapid-fire visual presentations profiling leading thinking and lessons learnt. We have 12 x 8 min speaking opportunities available for those who wish to share their techniques, concepts or visions.
Case Studies
In order to deliver the level of detail our delegates want, we invite those submitting case studies to focus on a specific issue rather than broadly profiling several of a projects’ achievements e.g. collaboration, funding, business case, performance, community engagement, occupant health and wellbeing, heritage and procurement. We have a minimum of 8 x 20 min speaking opportunities.
Up Front
These sessions will utilise narrative and interview formats. We have 2 x 40 min speaking opportunities available.
All abstracts to include title, 250-word description and potential speakers (name, position and organisation). To submit an abstract or discuss this opportunity in more detail please contact:
