Half of the 136 apartments to be built within the former Edwin Davey & Sons Flour Mill at Pyrmont, in Sydney, have been sold off-the plan. Investors accounted for 60 percent of the sales.

The project, Harbour Mill, will comprise 136 apartments built within the remnant facade of the former mill. Units will range in size from 45 sqm to 122 sqm.

As part of the development, developer Ceerose will create a public link across the western side of the building connecting Ultimo and Pyrmont with the Wentworth Park light rail station.
